I was really impressed with the value for money at Guestready. The room was cozy, spacious, and had great views. The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

it's a good home base for 4 guests. the venue has particularly good and excellent setting in the middle of the city. i would recomand staying in this apartment.

Guests appreciated the dining area, ironing facilities, and study table provided here, as well as enjoying the option of having a bath.

The rooms had 2 double beds, which were both clean and comfy! 🛏️

The key pick-up was convenient and the apartment had everything we needed, from Wi-Fi to electric kettle and cookware. It's a perfect spot for exploring the city on foot, with great entertainment, shopping, and dining options within walking distance. The only downside was the 4th-floor location, which made hauling luggage up a bit challenging. But overall, our stay was mind-blowing and highly recommended for a memorable visit! No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Great for hiking and cycling.

the property was on the top floor with no elevator, and the narrow, worn, winding staircase made it extremely difficult to carry our luggage, especially with a toddler. the keys provided did not work properly, and we had to struggle to unlock both the main door and the apartment door.
